How it works

• If your dog(s) can jump over 1.64m or dig under 0.3m we would advise against booking Heron's Meadow.

​

• Decide how many dogs you would like to bring and how long for. Then select your chosen date and time on the booking calendar.

​

• Decide whether you would like to choose a recurring session or add multiple dates and times to your basket. 

​

• Input your personal information and payment details to secure your booking. You will receive an email with your booking confirmation.

​

• You will then receive an email and a text message an hour before your session starts with a code for the gate padlock which is located on the entrance to the field.

​

• Please only arrive on site a few minutes prior to your booking time, as there is only one parking space and no room for passing. Should you arrive early please wait at the layby, to ensure the customer using the field prior to you has time to vacate the field, before you enter or let your dog(s) out.

• Enter the code on the gate padlock and open 2nd set of gates then drive your vehicle onto the gravelled area in front of you. Please ensure the gate is closed and locked behind you. Please ensure your dog remains either in your vehicle or on a lead until you are securely in the dog walking field with the gate closed behind you.

• Enjoy your session!

• Please leave your session on time and close the gate behind you, ensuring that the padlock displays 0000. We kindly ask that you take any unwanted rubbish with you. Bookings are back-to-back so please be respectful of others arriving/leaving for their slot and keep an eye on the time.
